Liaison contracts and preshow information so that it is in line with the events success.

Brief event organizers and be available for changes.

Hire the best safety oversite team to manage local vendors.

Be attentive to the event’s safety needs and adjust as needed.

Write a detailed after-action document that can be used to improve future events.
