  • Write a detailed custom Plan that is operational for the safety of staff and guest.

  • Set up dispatch and the command center for all agencies.

  • Hire and collaborate with local security/vendors to fit budget and deployment needs.

  • Liaison contracts and preshow information so that it is in line with the events success.

  • Brief event organizers and be available for changes.

  • Hire the best safety oversite team to manage local vendors.

  • Be attentive to the event’s safety needs and adjust as needed.

  • Write a detailed after-action document that can be used to improve future events.
